9.29.13 - Uncle John's Cider Mill
Today we celebrated aunt Nancy's and Aunt Amy's birthdays with a trip to Uncle John's Cider Mill. It is so cute to see how excited Mara's cousins Julianne and Emily get whenever they get to see her!
9.28.13 - What Luck!
We were going to be driving past this little barn coming home from dinner so we thought we would make a quick stop to take some 10 month photos of little M. To our surprise, a beautiful little red tricycle was sitting right there just begging us to use it for some photos. Mara loved it and the photos turned out super cute!
9.25.13 - Craft Time
I saw something very similar to this on Pinterest so I thought I would give it a try. It was much easier than I expected it to be! Is it too early to start putting out Halloween decorations?
9.24.13 - Cutie Pie
The cute piggy hat that we bought last winter still fits! Barely....but she is just too cute in it to not use it a couple more times.
9.23.13 - Isla Sue
Meeting the newest member of the Nemo clan all pretty in pink! What a sweetie and beautiful family!
9.22.13 - Cousins, Cousins, Everywhere...
I am so happy that my cousin and his wife came and stayed with us for the weekend. They gave Mara so much love and attention the entire time they were here! The weekend ended with a brunch with the Oosting clan. It is easy to see that these four little ones are related. What a goofy bunch of munchkins we have!
9.21.13 - Honey Crisp Apples!
Mara joined us on our annual trip to get our favorite fall treat. I think she liked them.
9.19.13 - Blue-Eyed Baby
I used the color isolation feature on the camera tonight as Mara ate her last bottle. This is the first time is actually captured just how blue her eyes are!
9.17.13 - Finally!
A genuinely happy baby tonight to the first time in almost a week. I better see a new tooth after all of that!
9.16.13 - Genius?
Clearly she already understands that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line and, therefore, she MUST crawl under the toy to get to her destination quickly. Like I said...genius.
9.15.13 - Fever, Fever, Go Away...
Playing with the "new" toys from her cousins without any clothing on in an attempt to bring her temperature down. When are these new teeth going to pop through?
9.14.13 - Turkey Leg Anyone?
Enjoying some good eats at the Renaissance Festival with the Brunners. Mara thought the turkey was delicious as well!
9.13.13 - Middle of the Night Snuggles
Someone woke up in the middle of the night crying for the first time since March. This next set of teeth are really doing a number on our little one. Daddy was quick to jump in and snuggle with his baby girl.
9.11.13 - I'm Gonna Get Ya
She is now in the habit of chasing the camera strap whenever we try to take her picture. So cute...
9.10.13 - Favorite Game
I swear this girl could play peek-a-boo all day long! No complaints though...just look at that smile!
9.8.13 - Another Tooth?
This is the first time she enjoyed chewing on a teething toy...are we getting another tooth already?

Worked in my classroom in preparation for the first day of school. Hopefully I won't experience my usual night of insomnia tonight...
9.1.13 - So Playful
Instead of sleeping in the car on the late ride home tonight Mara decided to initiate a game of peek-a-boo with a blanket. This was the first time she started the game and it was so cute!!! I absolutely adore this age!
